Jeff is the Head Coach at Get Fit Sports Performance and a ‘Believer in You!’ It’s his passion and life’s commitment to find out the difference between a champion and everyone else—and to share it with the world! Coach Jeff is an accomplished coach and speaker with a mission to help others discover the champion that exists within. He lives in Havre de Grace, Maryland, where he enjoys spending time and cheering on his wife and kids.
